CONSULTATION
When we visit your home, we will walk the property inside and out, take photos and notes which will take approx. 1hr. A report will then be prepared in order for you to do the actual staging yourself.
This works well for the client you has the time to do the work themselves, but does need professional guidance.
However, if you feel overwhelmed by the report, our SIMPLY STAGED team can discuss "ala-carte" staging which would be billed per room.

VACANT HOMES
Most of the time buyers can not visualize a house set up as their home. It is for this reason that if the property you are selling is vacant, it is imperative that you have it staged BEFORE you put it on the market.Most are under the impression that by having rooms empty they will appear larger, which is not the case.
At SIMPLY STAGED, we have the resources and accessories needed to complete this project.

BID
This is for the client who puts the total Staging project into the hands of SIMPLY STAGED.
We wil come out, review the property, take photos and our notes. A formal bid will be prepared and reviewed with the client. When agreed upon, a deposit will be accepted and a date set for our team to come and work our magic!
We also have a list of painters, carpenters, rug cleaners etc. should we feel this is also an investment to be made.
